In 2014, 7 Minute Security was created as a podcast featuring 7-minute episodes about corporate information security challenges. Soon we received requests from wide variety of audiences (from IT staff members to CISOs) asking for security assessments and help with managing their security programs.

7 Minute Security officially launched as a cybersecurity consultancy with a focus on assessments, penetration testing, and training. Clients include Fortune 100 companies (such as UHG/Optum Health Care), large financial institutions, community banks, legal firms, and large and small manufacturers.
